Description

The Keukenhof + Zaanse Schans tour is available in the spring and it is the best way to take advantage of your day.

In the morning, we will visit the historic village of Zaanse Schans, known for its windmills and green wooden houses. We will walk around this outdoor museum by the river, with its fields full of cows and goats between the houses and gardens. We will also visit the themed workshop houses and participate in the demonstrations on how traditional Dutch cheese and wooden shoes are made. And, of course we will taste them all the different cheeses!

Then, we will go to Lisse, the area with the largest flower production in the world. At arrival in the Keukenhof Gardens, we will pause for lunch and then proceed to show you the wonders of Keukenhof: the largest and most beautiful flower garden in the world. We will see all the different types of tulips, hyacinths, and daffodils, among other flowers, spread throughout the park and its pavilions, with over 7 million flower bulbs from more than 800 different species.

All of that, plus comfortable transportation and tickets included (skip the lines!).

  4. Excellent Tour

The tour guide Luciana is excellent, super attentive, helpful and very patient. She helped us carry our backpacks, took great pictures and gave us a history lesson throughout our journey to the Keukenhof !! Besides, she helped us to go to Luxembourg and gave great tips about Amsterdam! We highly recommend the Route Amsterdam, it is worth the investment !!

  5. I recommend Route Amsterdam, everything was as agreed. Super professional Guide!

  6. Tatiana G

We took a Tour to Keukenhof and Zaanse Schans and our guide was Luciana. She was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very comfortable during the visit in both places. I think that visiting the Keukenhof with a guide was very important for us to be able to see the park (which is gigantic) in a more optimized way, but not in a hurry. We took many photos, all very calmly, without being rushed, but on schedule. In Zaanse Schans her tour was perfect, but I think we could have stayed there a bit longer. I found the visit short.

  7. I recommend Route Amsterdam Tours

I bought different tours with Route Amsterdam, some of the package private tour in Amsterdam, a tour to the Red Light, Zaanse Schans and the Keukenhof. They are great tour guides. I recommend!

  8. Cris

It’s amazing to take a tour with those who know the place well! No detail went unnoticed and the experience was the best possible.
They accompanied us at all times, telling a story about the places we passed and adding value to each landscape.
In addition to the Zaanse Schans and Keukenhof tour, we also did the city tour through Amsterdam that gave us full sense of the city’s secrets and made a total difference.
I want to go back and do all the other tours too! Loved it and became a fan of Route Amsterdam.
